Tag Teaming is simple. For the UC EXP you get, it's the same as the "UC EXP Gained" you see in either Pokemon Stadium or Duel Monsters Arena depending on Number Of Pokemon Sent Out/LP.
The only thing, is that you're battling/dueling alongside a partner, no difference in how much UC EXP received when you won or lost, though Battle Events are a different story but anyways.

1.For Pokemon Tag Team, you roll the Six Sided Dice, and from highest to lowest in the result of the Six Sided Dice, is the order each person goes.
EXAMPLE: Let's say some guy in Team A got the number 5, some guy in Team B got the number 4, other guy in Team A got the number 1, other guy in Team B got the number 2.
THE ORDER WILL BE, TEAM A GUY -> TEAM B GUY -> TEAM B GUY2 -> TEAM A GUY2 recurring

2.For Dueling Monsters Tag Team, you simply flip the Coin Dice. The team that got their side of the coin, will determine the order set up, BUT! It must be an order like this.
EXAMPLE 1: TEAM A GUY -> TEAM B GUY[This guy can attack on First Turn] -> TEAM A GUY2 -> TEAM B GUY2 recurring
EXAMPLE 2: TEAM B GUY -> TEAM A GUY[This guy can attack on First Turn] -> TEAM B GUY2 -> TEAM A GUY2 recurring
And only like that above, only in Pokemon Tag Teaming can the people be mixed up, but Tag Team Dueling is a different story.
In Tag Team Dueling, a team must protect the same amount of LP, share the same field, so it's not seperate for each person, remember this. Also, the second guy in the chain can start attacking.
