1.Once you know how to duel in real life, RPing it is almost the same.

2.Except you have to keep track of your cards in hand, cards in deck, and whenever you activate a Trap Card, or play a Spell Card, you must ask the opponent if they're gonna to chain your Trap Card or Spell Card first AND whenever you attack them and they have a Trap/Spell facedown, ask them if they're gonna activate them first.

3.And when you attack a facedown defence monster, wait for the opponent to say what Defence Monster it is. If you destroy it, then continue your post.

4.And now for the major part, DRAWING CARDS. Before you draw a card roll the "Drawing Card Dice", you'll see a small colored square pop up as the result.
1.Yellow represents a Monster, it can be any type of monster, including Effects and Rituals
2.Green represents Spells
3.Red represents Traps
So that's how you know which type of card you drew, it all depends on the "luck of the draw" like real life dueling
Also, if you run out of one type of card, like say you run out of all the trap cards in your deck, and you get a red square, roll over

5.EXAMPLE OF A RP YU-GI-OH BATTLE HERE IN THIS SITE
Spoiler:

NOTE: It's easier to ask if the opponent will chain if you and the opponent set up a Private Chat HERE

And, show all the cards names in your graveyard at the end of your post

Instant Combos just got a kick in the ass.
______
UPDATE!:

______

So I'm afraid it's all about the luck of the draw now

When necessary, like if you have a deck that relies on monsters being sent to the Grave.
