Roll the "Seaside Dice", the sprite of the pokemon will pop up, you may run away from them if it's not the right Pokemon you want

Now, there are pokemon that cannot be captured by the seaside, but a little deeper into the sea, which means, FISHING.

Roll the "Seaside Fishing Dice", the sprite of the pokemon will pop up, you may run away from them if it's not the right Pokemon you want, BUT, you may only fish when you've bought a Fishing Rod from the Old Man's Main Shop.
