Update,

If you go to Profile->UCA Profile

You'll see Pokeball Bag, to the left is the name of the Pokeball, to the right is the number of how much you have (You'll have to edit this part when you buy pokeballs)

The Item Bag, is only used for things like MegaFishing Rod ETC.
